In one life-changing moment—a flash of light on a terrifying night—I saw my Angels. In that instant, everything became clear. The memories that truly mattered were the simple, powerful moments of Food, Vacations, and Laughter with my family and friends. Those memories carried me back to the sunshine… back to living, loving, and laughing again.

That is the heart of FAVSS.
That is the Power of Angels.

My Mom, Dad, and Grandma are my true Angels and Heroes—the inspiration that launched the FAVSS mission and the reason we are committed to bringing joy, connection, and hope to seniors and veterans who need it most.

Jeffrey Linn is a nationally recognized award-winning corporate broker, sales and operations leader, and a published author of three best selling books with a proven record of excellence spanning more than 40 years. His career began with his family’s retail chain business, where his parents instilled in him the timeless values of exceptional customer services, trust, and the art of guiding people toward meaningful solutions. These early lessons became the foundation of his lifelong approach to leadership: helping others while building lasting success.

Jeffrey’s corporate career took him into luxury retail, where he rose to Director of Sales & Operations for world-renowned brands. Among his many achievements, he successfully launched a flagship boutique in the iconic Caesars Palace Forum Shops; a location that became the highest-producing store in the company’s history. He went on from there leading teams to consistent growth and setting new standards of excellence.

More than two decades ago, Jeffrey transitioned into Commercial and Luxury Real Estate and full service lending, where he quickly earned recognition as one of the nation’s most respected leaders. As a Corporate & Managing Broker for major Commercial and Luxury brokerages, he led top-performing offices and built a nationwide platform of elite, Top 1% experts trusted with Billions of dollars in transactions. His achievements earned him the honor of being named a Top 100 Broker in the USA, one of the industry’s most prestigious distinctions.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been especially passionate about serving seniors. He developed innovative programs to assist families with relocation, downsizing, and retirement transitions, often partnering with hotels, senior communities, and service providers to ensure seniors experienced dignity, comfort, and security during life’s most important moves.

Today, Jeffrey has shifted his full-time focus to leading FAVSS, where he brings his decades of experience, operational excellence, and proven executive leadership to serve seniors and veterans in need. His mission is to harness his business acumen and national networks to provide access to food specials, social outings, affordable vacation experiences, and meaningful “senior specials.”

Jeffrey’s leadership is defined by integrity, innovation, and impact. Having built a career on trust and results, he now channels those same qualities into building FAVSS into a mission-driven organization that delivers hope, joy, and meaningful support to those who need it most.

My Love and Passion for Food and Vacations and to Help Seniors and Veterans
( In honor of my Amazing Mom - Dad & Grandma True Hero's who gave so much)

My passion for this charity project began with the greatest influence in my life; my grandmother! From the day I was born, she was my best friend, my teacher, and the heart of our family. She wasn’t just my grandma — she was everyone’s grandma: loved, admired, and cherished by all who knew her.

Her favorite experiences became my favorite experiences. We shared a love of good food, lively social gatherings, meaningful life experiences, and travel — the very things that lit her up with joy and a smile. and at the center of it all, I was her “Tatila,” her baby, a bond that shaped me for life.

The values she instilled in me; kindness, patience, respect, and unconditional love have guided every step of my personal and professional journey. I live each day with the desire to make her and my parents proud, knowing they are watching over me. That love has been the fire in my soul since childhood and is the driving force behind my lifelong dedication to being an honorable son and enjoying Food and Vacations with loved ones and serving the senior community.

Today, through FAVSS, I honor there Legacy, True HEROES who gave the world to me and so many others, and Lived Loved Laughed with Good Food - Vacations and Fun Experiences as our own Family Mission. Grandma and my Parents spirits inspire me to create programs that restore dignity, joy, and connection for seniors and veterans everywhere. Every meal shared, every outing offered, and every smile sparked is part of the living tribute I carry forward in honor of my cherished Grandma, Mom and Dad, My Hero's!

My Mission is clear, help – FAVSS - Food and Vacations Seniors Specials Inc achieve a mission that is honest, helpful, simple, and powerful:

· To strengthen communities by connecting low-income seniors and veterans with life’s essentials — affordable tasty food, meaningful social outings, and opportunities for memorable experiences through mini-vacations, and stay-cations with seniors specials

· To reduce isolation and restore dignity, ensuring that seniors and veterans thrive, not just survive.

· To leverage decades of proven leadership and national networks to build sustainable solutions that deliver real joy, relief, and connection for those who need it most.

We believe that seniors and veterans really would enjoy new opportunities to make new friends, celebrate life, and receive Food And Vacations Seniors Specials that are Free and Affordable.
